Hello! My name is Jenna Copeland and I’m a photographer, adventurer, and animal enthusiast born and raised in Bozeman, Montana. My love of photography was born when I received my first point-and-shoot camera for my 10th birthday. I took that little camera on every hike, ever road trip, and even just around town on errands! Eventually I got a more sophisticated camera and became seriously interested in photography as a career. After high school, I enrolled at Northwest College to study Photographic Communications and graduated in 2018.
Throughout my life I’ve always been awed by the connection between humans and animals. I’m very passionate about illustrating the mutual love and dependency we have with pets. Although photographing that relationship is important, individuality is vital to capture as well. Each person and animal has a unique personality and appearance, and it’s my goal as a photographer to display that in my work.
Though I mainly photograph humans, animals, and wildflowers, I also like to experiment and explore many different types of photography. There’s always room to be creative no matter what you do, and photography is no exception. Creativity and passion is a critical part of my photography business.
